Terms of Payment - Casual Hiring

All bookings will be charged in time blocks of no less than 30 minutes, pro-rata to the applicable hourly rate.

Any over-run time extra to that booked, will be charged in 30 minute blocks (e.g. 10 minute over-run will be charged for 30 minutes).

Over-runs past 6.00 pm will be charged at the appropriate evening rate.

A non-returnable deposit for 10% of the total booking value, shall be paid at the time of booking. The deposit will cover all consecutive week bookings, with any break constituting a new booking.

The 90% balance of the total booking value shall be paid 7 days prior to the first booking date.

An additional fee of £50.00 shall be paid at the time of booking. This shall be returnable after the booking period, provided no damage has been caused to the building and associated equipment, plus maximum numbers and booked times are strictly adhered to.

Cheques should be made payable to The Langford Village Community Association.
