Planning Permission was granted in July 2006, for the development of the land between Gavray Drive and the railway line for some 500 homes, a new primary school, open recreation space and a Country wildlife site.

Before work starts, Gallagher Estates, the developer, will be submitting a master plan and design codes to the local authority, Cherwell District Council. The master plan and design codes will define how the site will look and work in terms of the character of the residential area, the landscaping, the land uses, the access and road network and many other features of the development.

Gallagher Estates are giving us an opportunity to view and comment on these plans, with a mobile exhibition trailer being located on Gavray Drive between 2pm - 8pm on Friday 11th May and 10am - 2pm on Saturday 12th May.

It is in everybody\'s interest to take a look at what the future may hold, and to comment on the plans. So put the dates and times in your diary.
